orlando market statistics: Central Florida - Orlando market statistics for March 2009 - 04/13/09 04:26 PM
Hot off the presses, the market statistics for Orange & Seminole Counties were released this afternoon by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. As those who subscribe to my E-newsletter are aware, I was quite positive this morning about our firm's numbers for March. Well the great news is that the Realtor association's numbers mimic what I had already thought to be true. The March numbers are significantly more positive than previous months. Part of this may be due to the upswing that typically happens every Spring, but part of it may also be because the market is finally bottoming out. The

orlando market statistics: Market Statistics February 2009 for Orange County, FL - Orlando, Winter Park, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Garden - 03/10/09 07:52 PM
The Orlando Regional Realtor Association ® released the market figures for Orange County and Seminole County today. For the first time in several years now, I am optimistic about where the market is headed. We still have a long way to go by all means, but the numbers are encouraging. Inventory continues to decrease while sales continue to remain steady. New listings are less than there were in February 2008 and days on the market continues to decrease. Here is a direct link to all the statistics. Orange County market statistics. Orange County covers Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere, Apopka, Belle Isle,

orlando market statistics: January 2009 Orlando Florida real estate market statistics - 02/12/09 08:11 PM
The Orlando Regional Realtor Association ® released the latest market statistics for the month ending January 2009. These stats cover Orange County and Seminole County, Florida including Orlando, Winter Park, Ocoee, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Oviedo, and Sanford to name a few places. Surprisingly some of the numbers actually appear like the market is improving. I've been saying for over a year now that inventory levels have basically flattened off for quite a while. These latest numbers show a clear decrease in inventory which I found to be pretty interesting. You can read the full details at the ORRA website and

orlando market statistics: Orlando & Orange County market statistics December 2008 - Apopka Ocoee Winter Park - 01/13/09 07:26 PM
The latest market number for December 2008 have been provided by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (R). You can read a more detailed version of the report with lots of charts and graphs at the Metro Orlando market statistics webpage. The info shows a lot more of the same trend we have been seeing for months. Inventory slowly declining, sales remaining steady, days on market slowly drifting downward, prices still going down. The big decline in inventory for December is typical because many listings expire on December 31 - it happens every year. This is typically followed by a surge of new listings in January. At

orlando market statistics: Orlando market statistics for November 2008 orange county fl & Apopka - 12/11/08 04:16 AM
The November 2008 market stats have been released by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (R) for Orange County & Seminole County. Here are how the numbers played out. You can find a detailed weblink to these Orange County market statistics right here. The month of November is typically a slower time of year as it starts the holiday season. So there are less people buying and typically less pending contracts and closings. These numbers show nothing unusual. Listing inventory continues to decrease ever so slightly. The number of new pending contracts and closings is less than previous months which is not a surprise. A total of 671 houses and condos sold

The latest real estate market statistics are now available for Orange County Florida, Seminole County Florida, and metro Orlando. All information is provided by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. You can get detailed info at the Realtor website. Listings are up a little bit over the last 2 months and solds are down a little as well. However for the most part things are relatively flat. Inventory, pendings, and solds have basically stayed about the same for most of the last 15 months or so. Orlando has a stronger economy than many other areas of the country and that has helped give the housing market some

orlando market statistics: Market statistics for April 2008 in Orange & Seminole County FL - 05/14/08 08:51 AM
The latest monthly market statistics for Orange County and Seminole County, FL have been posted by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association for the month ending April 2008. Link to statistics. The trend from previous months has continued, and that is a good thing in my opinion. The overall listing inventory has declined for the 4th month in a row and has not increased beyond the 26,000ish mark for now 10 months in a row. This trend of a decline is very slight, but it is a decline. Unfortunately, the decline is mainly from listings expiring or getting withdrawn and not from properties selling.
