During the month of May 2009 there were seven properties newly listed in Andover Twp., NJ with an average asking price of $366,800.00.
Eight properties went under contract having passed the Attorney Review Process. The average asking price of these properties was $360,212.00 and they were on the market for an average of 69 days.
Four properties transferred title with an average asking price of $233,675.00 and an average SOLD price of $235,112.00 this number climbed because many of the buyers had added features built into the asking price and used the FHA mortgage. these properties were on the market for an … (0 comments)
