During the month of may 2010 there was only one newly listed property! An 11 room 4 bedroom, two bath and two car garage home on just over a 1/2 acre of property built in 1967 the home is priced for action at just $249,900.00
The sad part of this report is that there weren't any Under Contracts or Closed transactions for the month and five properties expired from the market with an average list price of $262,920.00 and the average days on the market for these properties were 229 days.

family: Sparta's 5K Run - 04/13/07 12:40 PM
Sparta Township annual 5K Run is going to take place on April 28, 2007 Starting in the morning around memorial field up main street and surrounding area.
Many runners from all around the state show up to this event. Gary Rocks of Werner Realty of Sussex County will be on hand to offer runners some refreshment to keep them on the move.
Joining us at this event is Damon Jenkins of Benchmark Lending, his wife will be one of the runners and we'll be there to cheer her on.
