During the month of June 2010 HardystonTwp., NJ Had much activity, 28 homes were listed 17 of them were Town homes or condos, the average list price of these properties were $310,692.00.
Six of them went under contract with an average list price of $353,116.00 and they were on the market for an average of 94 days. One property went under "US" which means under contract still show which is usually for short sale or foreclosure homes. That property took 241 days to be marketed and was listed for $224,900.00.

The are many people that will tell you there is no God and that Ghosts are not real.
Well don't believe it! This is proof that there is a spiritual world and that GOD is Real.
A couple of weeks ago I was visiting my Mom and Dad's Grave and decided to go for a walk. I noticed a headstone that had many rabbit statues and artifacts all around it. HardystonTownship one of Sussex Countys largest towns, many towns intersect with Hardyston such as Hamburg,Vernon,Sparta,Lafayette just to name a few. Hardyston Township has its own school system and has a regional High School Walkill Valley High. There are many housing communities and Condo/Town-home Communities you get a nice deal in one of these neighborhood homes or be out in the Country. Plenty of Farmland area's and Country Roads to Travel.
Hardyston is an area that many visit during Autumn when the leafs start to change and it is a very beautiful site. Plenty of Shops and Restaurant's, it is in close … (2 comments)
