During the month of June 2010 there were 59 New properties listed the lowest price was $79,910.00 for a 3 room 1 bedroom home on a 69 x 175' property. The most expensive home marketed for that month was priced at $679,000.00 for a 11 room 4 bedroom 3 bath home on .20 acre of property.
Of the 59 properties the average list price is $343,064.00 During that month Eleven properties went under contract having passed the attorney review process. The average list price of these properties was $286,881.00 and they were on the market for just 128 days.
