During the month of June 2010 HardystonTwp., NJ Had much activity, 28 homes were listed 17 of them were Town homes or condos, the average list price of these properties were $310,692.00. Six of them went under contract with an average list price of $353,116.00 and they were on the market for an average of 94 days. One property went under "US" which means under contract still show which is usually for short sale or foreclosure homes. That property took 241 days to be marketed and was listed for $224,900.00. Have you been watching the news lately? Floods all around the Bound Brook Area, devastation hit all parts of New Jersey, Ogdensburg and surrounding area's received over 8" of rain in a 36 hour period of time! A Time for renewed prayer, how many people prayed to the all mighty that he would let it stop raining. God Opened up the Sky and out poured the rain. I was one of those people bailing out my basement and praying for a miracle. All three pumps where going full blast, people in my neighborhood banded together and made sure everyone was taken care of. (11 comments)

If you ever drive through the town of Ogdensburg many say don't blink because you'll miss everything that's because county route 517 AKA main street Ogdensburg is a short driving distance which lies between Franklin and Sparta. Ogdensburg is a small family town kinda like May-berry RFD, remember that show! everybody knows everybody. Barney isn't employed here. But when you live here and finally settle in and start to explore parts of the town. You will discover what most people never get to see, Ogdensburg's Best Kept Secret Heaters Pond. Ogdensburg Bears face their play offs on 3/6/2007 Star rebounder #23 Sean Rocks is seen in the above photo's. In the first photo he just past the ball out rebounding an eighth grader, Sean is in the seventh grade and is the second tallest player on the courts and is expected to be someone to watch for in the years ahead. He comes from a line of Basketball school star athletes with his uncle Kevin being a top scorer in his high school years. Sean at around 5'8" can grab the rim from a stand still jump. There are six properties with contracts on them the average asking price is $306,700.00 and has been on the market for 145 days. Welcome to OgdensburgNew Jersey! A close nit community spanning about 1 square mile. Ogdensburg was ranked in 2006 as one of New Jerseys best areas to live. A great school system which goes from kindergarten to 8th grade. You'll find a loving community of God fearing people who are active in the community. Teachers in the school show a true interest in the children's education and is supported by an active PTO. There is always an abundance of people willing to be class parents and help out in anyway they can. Some of the annual school affairs are the eight grade car (0 comments)
