During the month of may 2010 there was only one newly listed property! An 11 room 4 bedroom, two bath and two car garage home on just over a 1/2 acre of property built in 1967 the home is priced for action at just $249,900.00
The sad part of this report is that there weren't any Under Contracts or Closed transactions for the month and five properties expired from the market with an average list price of $262,920.00 and the average days on the market for these properties were 229 days.

MARKET AREA REPORT FOR OGDENSBURG, OCTOBER 2007
During the month of October 2007 there were four newly marketed properties with an average price range of $278,650.00 with the lowest at $214,900.00 for a two bedroom Colonial. the highest at $369,900.00 for a four bedroom Bi-Level.
Three properties transfer title with an average asking price of $261,966.00 and an actual SOLD price of $255,000.00 on average and took on average 144 days from start to end.
Only two properties were reported as Expired, they did not sell with one a three bedroom fixer upper listed for $219,900.00 and the other a Bi-level with 4 … (2 comments)
