water parks: Vernon Township, NJ Area Marketing Report for June 2010 - 07/07/10 12:04 PM

During the month of June 2010 there were 68 homes placed on the market with an average list price of $247,883.00.
Sixteen homes went under contract with an average list price of $214,374.00, the lowest priced home was listed for $65,000.00 while the highest priced home was listed for $540,000.00. These home were on the market for an average of 113 Days.
Additionally, three properties were listed as "US" which stands for under contract but still show these homes are usually short sale or foreclosure properties. The average list price of these homes were $234,933.00 and took just 56 days to … (1 comments)
