mira loma: Is a Pre-Qual and DU Approval good enough? - 08/30/08 09:08 AM

I recently wrote a blogged titled "When Do You Order Your Home Inspection?". As I read it, I realized that a better suited title for this blog would the title you see above. So, for those of you who read my previous blog, you can disregard this one because it contains the same material. I felt so passionate about this subject that I felt it deserving of two titles to ensure it received the maximum exposure. mira loma: Mello Roos.....How to find it! - 08/29/08 01:46 PM

Earlier this week I blogged about this subject and asked for assistance on "How do we find out if a property you are buying/selling has a Mello Roos?". Remember, as a seller it is a requirement to disclose. As a buyer, you want to find this out prior to buying or maybe even before you make an offer. Anyway, I did not get much response on this so I assume many of you are not aware how to find this data. Well here is some help.
