Thank goodness google came to my rescue today.  I was just sitting down to write my 5 personal notes for the day, make my 10 phone calls, and make sure my mailing was set for the month, but GOOGLES new Pacman login saved the day.  I was easily able to kill an hour of productive time generating business by playing the application.  Thank goodness, I almost made the mistake of sticking to the basics to ensure a good pipleine of business.  Now between Facebook and Solitaire my day should be complete:)

First Fast Company and now the New York Times have begun to leak out the secret that Boulder CO is quickly becoming a hot bed for High Tech start ups.  Many entrepreneurs have called attention to the fact that Boulder CO has a much more supportive business climate.  Silicon Valley tends to be stuck in the old business model of reaching the top by stepping on the shoulders of your competition.  The Boulder community is still about success, but tends to lean more towards building synergy.

Boulder, CO is known for its fun and unusual assortment of activities from rock climbing to kayaking down Boulder Creek.  One of the best times I have had in years is the Banjo Billy Ghost Tour.  Who would have thought that we have so many residents from that have decided to call Boulder, CO home from the other side.

Walk Score and Boulder CO Real Estate - 05/10/10 07:15 PM
A couple of years ago I had never heard of a "Walk Score."  Today it has become a key ingredient in the home purchase for many Buyers of Boulder CO Real Estate.
This seems to be a national trend as well as a local trend.  I was just reading an article in the Daily Camera a local Boulder newspaper that said many middle class Buyers are moving to the cities from suburban areas.  The new mantra is pick up the bike and leave the car behind.
