It has been a while since I have done a Market Update, but I felt it was time to do one again given the recent change in direction of the Interest Rates this past week.
Interest Rates had been slowly, but steadily going up for about a month prior to last week.  As of last week we started to see the Interest Rates go down again.  My Interest Rates went down from .25% to .375%, and for me that is a significant change to happen in just one week.  However, it is a trend that I hope does not last long, because of … (18 comments)

CHFA the leading Loan Program for First Time Homebuyers in Connecticut, recently released that McCue Mortgage was their Number #1 CHFA Lender In Connecticut In 2010.  This is not the first time that McCue Mortgage has been the Number #1 CHFA Lender In Connecticut In 2010, but it is always good to know it when it happens.

Free Holiday Mortgage Payment ........... Connecticut - 02/05/11 04:59 PM
We just finished picking the winner of a contest that we at McCue Mortgage ran over the Christmas Holiday, for a Free Holiday Mortgage Payment to one of our Borrowers whose loan is in our portfolio, and we service.
