McCue Mortgage, the mortgage company that I work for, holds its monthly Sales Meeting on the third Friday of every month. These meetings are attended by our whole Sales Force, Underwriters, Closers, Marketing, and Secondary Marketing. Tis it nobler to put your Borrower into a “Subprime Loan” or have them wait to clean up their credit? I have done a few Subprime Loans, but not many. They definitely a place in the Lending Industry, and it is an option that I feel should only be looked at (19 comments)

Not a day goes by that I am not looking at atleast one or two Credit Reports, and it never ceases to amaze me how credit scores differ from one Repertory to another. I have seen swings of as much as 100 points between Repertories. That is why I always (1 comments)

I get to look at several of credit reports each week. Sometimes it is discouraging because I have to tell the person that they either have to do a subprime loan, or they have to wait and clean up their credit. Sometimes the credit is so bad that I can't even (7 comments)
