I have mentioned on a few of my previous blogs that I make it a point to stop by two to three Open Houses every Sunday.  As I stated in "Open Houses Not Just For Realtors...A Great Marketing Too For Loan Officers Also"  I live about 30 minutes from Church, so I stop by Open House on my way home.

Tomorrow is Sunday and I have made it a practice to stop by two to three Open Houses on my way home from Church.  This practice has been a great marketing tool for me, and one that I enjoy doing.  Many of the business relationships that I have formed with the Realtors that I work with have been a result of stopping by Open Houses on Sundays.
Here in upper Middlesex County most of the Open Houses are done on Sunday between the hours of 1:00 – 3:00 in the afternoon.  This time works great for me because I am usually … (105 comments)

Today was a "Good God Day" as my friend "The Lovely Wife"...Broker Bryant's...Wife! would say. I got to spend time with family and friends at Church, but most importantly the opportunity to give thanks for the many ways I have been blessed.  I also got to help out a Realtor friend who was in a jam at her Open House. Another Realtor was suppose to help her at the Open House and had to back out on Friday, so she asked me if I would help her with it, and I did. Yesterday I wrote about what I do at Open Houses, today I am writing about what I see at Open Houses.  Some Open Houses that I stop at, I walk in and my first impression is WOW this is really nice.  Everything is clean, there isn't any clutter, and it is decorated really well. I can tell that there has been a lot of time in preparing the house for showing.

I try to stop by three Open House every Sunday. My local newspaper list the Open Houses on Saturday, this allows me to plan on the ones I want to do the next day. I not only plan on which ones I want to stop in on, but I also put together Flyers on high quality glossy paper with Loan Scenarios on them. Most Realtors really like them and put them out with their material.  I have made this a part of my week for several reasons.
