In a series of blogs that I recently completed, one of the blogs was on The Closing. In that blog I briefly touched upon the The Note and gave a brief explanation of what it is. The Note consists of several pages, and goes into great detail stating that The Note Is A Written Promise To Repay the amount borrowed to the holder of the Note along with interest. The Note will state the amount of the debt and the interest rate. Once the Buyer signs this document they are personally responsible to repay the amount stated on The Note. … (5 comments)
