Looking at what is to come for the real estate market in Arrowhead Woods for 2009, I thought it important to look at the sales statistics for bank-owned properties in 2008 (since I don't expect the market to change drastically over the next 12 months or so).What I found was actually quite interesting: Of the total number of single-family homes sold in Arrowhead Woods in the year 2008, 21.1% of them were foreclosure properties - that's 51 out of 242 units (these statistics do NOT include lakefront properties, condos, vacant land or docks). Median list prices continue to sit right around $240K....though we saw not one sale in the past 7 days. Numbers in Crestline remain consistent: 6 new listings, 26 pending properties and 3 sales. The median list price stays very stable - almost always right around $240K or thereabouts. Lakefronts posted a big batch of new listings with 4 new properties added to their ranks, bringing the total number of lakefront homes currently on the market to 37. Additionally, there are 4 lakefront properties in escrow.
