Each Thursday, agents in our association "hit the pavement" to tour new listings, price reductions, etc.  It is how we stay abreast of all the newest listings and the properties that have reduced their prices.  Some are great, others are so-so, still others are not (by any stretch of the imagination) … (3 comments)
