The Western Kentucky Real Estate Investment Association is coming back to Paducah. The April meeting of the WKREIA will be held in Paducah on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. at the new Thomas Smith Real Estate sales office located at 2410 Holt Road, Paducah, KY 42001. Kim Musgrave with Thomas Smith Real Estate will be hosting and providing drinks and snacks for attendees.

Just wanted to pass along a reminder concerning this month's meeting of the Western Kentucky Real Estate Investment Association.
We will be meeting next Thursday, January 15, at 7:30 p.m. at our normal place on the 3rd floor of the Curris Center.
This month's topic will be Foreclosure Investing Strategies. With the current economy and foreclosures increasing, this will be a very beneficial meeting for those of you interested in investing in foreclosures. We hope to see everyone there.

This month, the Western Kentucky REIA has several exciting things to discuss at our meeting tonight. We will be back at our normal place and time on Thursday, December 18 at 7:30 p.m. at the Barkley Lecture Room on the 3rd Floor of the Curris Center here in Murray.

I wanted to keep everyone informed about our upcoming meeting of the Western Kentucky REIA. We will be meeting this Thursday, September 18 at 7:30 p.m. in the Barkley Lecture Room of the Curris Center on campus at Murray State University.
Come out and meet other real estate investors and learn more about what's working in today's market. We will be discussing how to build a buyer's database so that you can move your properties more quickly.

A lot of my friends ask me what the new Western Kentucky REIA is all about so I thought I'd start my blog with telling you a little bit more about it.
VISION - To have a place where RE investors here in Western Kentucky can come together to meet, share information, stay motivated, get education and training, and have an enjoyable time doing so.
