We have tabulated our monthly statistics derived from the Mobile Area Association of Realtors and Baldwin County Association of Realtors. We were suprised to see the number of sales dropped in Mobile County because activity has been fairly brisk. The good news is that Baldwin County has continued to show both increases in quantity of sales and the sales price. Lets take a look at the data by examining Trends and Historical Data:
