mobile mls: Mobile and Baldwin County MLS Statistics and Trends - September 2008 Data - 10/10/08 11:15 AM

The monthly analysis worksheets and charts have been tabulated for activity in September 2008. The analysis includes all sales reported in the Mobile MLS (Gulf Coast MLS) and the Baldwin County MLS (Baldwin County Association of Realtors).
Summary
Mobile County real estate activity is holding up rather well considering everything. Both median sales price and number of sales increased in September. Even though the number of sales are down about 4% compared to last year, the median sales price of a home though is up almost 9%.
