The October analysis of <strong>MLS</strong> data has been completed. October showed a increase in the number of sales in 3 of the 5 <strong>MLS</strong> organizations that we participate.The sales numbers in <strong>Mobile</strong> were positive last month. We had 2 months of sluggish sales but things picked up in October. This activity can probably be attributed to buyers wanting to get into <strong>homes</strong> by the end of year.
