The introduction of many mobile products to access area listing has been a great addition for agents but are they forgetting about the consumer. The percentage of people with an unlimited internet data plan is very small. The TMLS(text message listing system) allows 99% of cell phone users to access to the listings. TMLS is curently available for all of the Minneapolis Metro. Just text the house number and the first 3 of the street address and seconds later the listing info is delivered to the users cell phone. <p>Brokers and agents can increase their web traffic by licensing the service. … (3 comments)
