Here are the latest Mississauga, Ontario statistics for the month of October, 2017 as reported by the Toronto Real Estate Board.
The activity level has stabilized resulting in the number of sales decreasing by 29.41%, from 976 sales in October, 2016 to 689 sales in October, 2017.
Average sales prices were up slightly by 5.47%, from $650,290 in October, 2016 to $685,860 in October, 2017.
Average number of days on market went up 60% from 15 days in October, 2016 to 24 days in October, 2017.
Average selling /list prices decreased by 4.90% from 102% in Ocdtober, 2016 to 97% in October, 2017.
