Pre-viewing homes for sale in the Tampa Bay area has always been a tool I use often. My niche includes clients that are inspectors, snow birds, and just anyone who doesn't have to the time to look at 20 homes over a month. After finding a list of homes within my buyer's criteria, I designate a day to view these homes and cross out the ones that are not within their liking. Very recently, I pre-viewed some homes in Tampa, particularly around the Sulphur Springs area and I had a scare of my life. I really thought to myself, that maybe
