Jim Cramer has always been a controversial character. His outbursts on CNBC are infamous. Last October on the Today Show he told "Cramerica" not to buy houses! Last night on his show he COMMANDED us to buy a house in 2009! Santa Ben Bernacke has announced that the Fed has cut the interest rate to a record low. Are we finally poised for a great 2009?
