No more than 15 years ago (Imoved here in 1996) all that is Viera was a ranch, pastures with scrub oaks, and various agricultural interests. Viera, Florida (although unincorporated part of Brevard County most think of it as a custom built town)  is a fast-growing, master planned community in Brevard County, Florida, located in the Space Coast region. I have been in the business for about four years now. Seemingly I, like many other Realtors,  work seven days a week every week. What is the best day(s) of the week for some down time? My experience seems to be that it is Monday or Friday, probably more so on Monday. Weekends are the days for open houses or showing clients properties as most seem to work during the week.
