How NOT To Flash A Chimney, Or A Roof - 02/15/12 09:47 AM

As I read this post about that home repair item no one should be without - not duct tape - roof tar I thought about how many dreams are being dashed by home inspectors every day.
Not the dream of home ownership but rather the the dream of many American men...that of all-around handyman and fixer-upper!
The importance of having a home inspection done by a competent professional can never be underestimated!

When it comes to do it yourself projects and home repairs, save yourself money by doing it correctly - even if it means hiring a professional!

So it has arrived...Sunday - Super Bowl Sunday. I have been seeing the hype about commercials all week. I think I may have even watched a Super Bowl's Greatest show one night.
It looks like Century 21 is going to invest a few dollars in the advertising as well - great!
I enjoy the watching the ads but I think I will enjoy seeing the Patriots lose even more!
