It’s that time of year again, to elect the leadership of PWAR. As one of the candidates for Board of Directors, I ask for your vote. I envision promoting an association that builds on the following aspects. Anticipates and responds quickly to the needs of its members in our changing and challenging industry; Grows proportionately as an organization with increased membership and broadened reach; Creates an environment that generates high percentage participation from its membership; Builds a relationship between the board and its members; Increases the Consumer’s awareness of what we do; Creates an environment where our members volunteer both time and financial resources for the betterment of PWAR and the industry. Finally, Making sure we are providing the right education and tackling the right issues that benefit the membership.
As a member of PWAR for 5 years, I have and continue to serve on Community Services, Grievance, and Education committees and participated in the association leadership training (ALDP). In addition to my work at the local level, I also participate at VAR on the Risk Management committee. Together we can make a difference.
