Recently I had a client ask me the difference between Barrington, South Barrington, North Barrington, and Port Barrington.  So I thought this would be a great piece of information for my blog.  
Lake Barrington is just referring to the Gated community in N. Barrington called the Lake Barrington Shores area. Port Barrington is also a North Western section of Barrington, it was brought into the Barrington community about 10 years ago.
