Christmas Hillside tradition continues in Austin Texas

What a great way to share the spirit of the Christmas holiday with all who drive Loop 360 in the western hills of Austin Texas!  Folks started the tradition of decorating the many juniper cedar trees that are shaped like the perfect Christmas trees several years ago and it continues...

Senior Volleyball is Alive and Well in Austin Texas! 
Today is the day that I play 2 hours of Senior Volleyball with a mixed group of men and women.  We aren't talking sponge ball but hard hitting in your face (if you can still jump) volleyball.  These Seniors mean business. 
I'm proud to say that I can hold my own with a group that runs from age 49 to 78!  You heard right - those over 70 still kicking butt...throwing themselves to the floor to keep a ball alive, running into a teammate so as to make … (12 comments)
