What defines a disabled person? I see folks who have lost limbs riding their motorcycles like nothing is different about them. I see folks with a "handicapped" placard on their license plate or rear view mirror but they "look" physically OK. There are people born with disabilities that we can see, like Downs Syndrome and those we cannot see. There are folks who have suffered a serious physical or mental injuries fighting in Nam, Korea, the Gulf, Panama, Iraq, The United States, and other places you and I don't know about.
