lysa napolitano: Please Extend A Warm Welcome - 11/30/07 03:32 PM
To my fellow CENTURY 21 Sundance Associate ~
  Joseph Endara!
Joe has been with CENTURY 21 Sundance for about 3 years now and I've been working with him in the same office for a year and a half. He's super easy going to work with and usually I don't even know he is here when he is on floor.
Joe's been listening to Midori and I talk about the Rain now for quite some time. In fact we've been trying to talk him into joining AR but no luck. Until... Joe attended the Internet Marketing training class Midori held back on November 16.

lysa napolitano: Florida Has HOW MANY Different License Plates? - 08/23/07 11:38 AM

lysa napolitano: Lunchtime At The Canals Of Pelican Bay - 08/16/07 04:58 PM

This is an AMERICAN ANHINGA OR SNAKE-BIRD.

She has been living (or lived) in a tree by my Century 21 Sundance office for at least the last year, hunting for her daily meals in the pond/canal. She is different from any other water foul I've ever witnessed swim before.

You see, she swims with just her neck and head above the water, (thus the name "Snake-bird") or if she is hunting fish she will be completely immersed as she stalks her prey, hiding amongst the pond muck before striking.
