farms: Don't Underestimate The Buyers You Meet At A HUD Owned Property! - 06/03/09 12:53 PM

HUD-HUD-HUD, seems like I have been living, eating and breathing HUD owned properties for the last 9 months! They have served me well though, keeping me going during the lean months of the winter and through the horrors of the housing market. All in all, I have met some very solid buyers that are not only looking for deals on HUD or foreclosed properties, but some have mentioned purchasing land or farms for future investment.
