HINT:  Why is the little tube connected to the big tube?

A closeup below gives a better look.  The big pipe is the main drain line of the drain, waste and vent system.  Why is that little line plumbed into the main waste line?

ANSWER:  It shouldn't be.  That is a condensate drain line from the condensate drain pump … (2 comments)

Richard Acree, President of HABITEC Home and Building Inspections, LLC, conducted a class for Continuing Education for REALTORS licensed in Tennessee at the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee today, June 17, 2010.

Cummins Inc. will consolidate its call centers near Nashville and eventually add approximately 220 jobs.
LKQ Corporation, a Chicago based auto parts maker, will add 230 jobs in the Nashville area.
Lennox Hearth Products is relocating its headquarters to Nashville from California.
