dublin: The Optional Mindset - 06/13/07 01:20 PM
Open 24/7 to Serve YouBetter than a 7 Eleven!More powerful than a 2 and half person PR firm.Faster than Pony Express.More current than your printed media. It's your Blog! and if these four statements don't describe it - it's just another virtual dust mite. The Internet is full of dead content. This includes the outdated, the overstated and the unrelated. For the life of me, I cannot understand how anyone in business in this day and age does not put their web presence as priority #1. Teaching blogging classes, I find that the majority of Realtors that attend still view their web

dublin: Top Tips for Home Sellers - 05/25/07 09:07 AM
Great Tips for Home Sellers from Elizabeth Weintraub over at About.com. Selling a House with Pets at Home Almost everybody loves pets except the home buyer who is buying your house. Don't ask me why, but that's often how it works out. Home sellers who adore their pets -- and I count myself as a huge pet lover -- have a hard time imagining the negative attitudes others harbor against pets. So, while this might be a bitter pill to swallow, if you want to get top dollar for your house, pay attention to how much you might lose with a dog

dublin: Top Tips for Homebuyers - 05/25/07 09:04 AM
If you are a looking to buy a home in San Ramon, Dublin or Pleasanton, CA., then you will want to read these posts by Elizabeth Weintraub:Buying Strategies for a Slowing Market Forget the Year of the Boar, which is the Chinese New Year Animal for 2007. This is the Year of the Buyer. Many agents are saying, "If you are a buyer, come sit by me! You can relax on a soft leather chair, and I'll get the title guys to give you a foot massage. dublin: Dublin CA Leadership Academy - 03/25/07 10:54 AM
The city of Dublin, CA is sponsored a leadership academy to inform the program's participants about theissues facing the community. It was an eleven week program. I found out about this by picking up Dublin - The Guide (Activities for Fall 2006) at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. This sounds like a type of group that would be great for local real estate agents to attend. I would think it would be a great networking venue as it was imited to 20 participants. I haven't seen anything like this offered in San Ramon, but I am going to keep my eye out

dublin: STOP! Everything! - Until January First - 12/06/06 11:52 AM
The holidays are upon us. The market is at its annual low point. It’s time to kick back, enjoy friends and family and wait for the New Year to ring in. SAY WHAT!! Oh, sorry. I don’t know what came over me. I think I must have been possessed by some other agent’s mind set. I don’t have time to sit around. I need to get that list of New Year’s resolutions completed so I can change my evil ways starting January 1. Errrrr - Delay of Game. Like Elvis says – It’s Now or Never Today, I’m printing my special biz cards to hand out this weekend as

dublin: How MLM - MultiLevel Marketing Prepared Me for Real Estate - 11/27/06 10:14 PM
When I was nineteen my friend Greg’s dad got the two of us signed up in Amway and out into our Georgia neighborhood to sell some soap. Well, that didn’t last long because at nineteen, I had other things on my mind. It’s 37 years later. I’m in San Ramon, California and selling real estate. Did that Amway experience help me? Not really, but several of the other programs I got into in the 80’s and 90’s sure did. The thing about network marketing or MLM is that many people look down on it. So if you’re good enough at it to make
