Gordon Dveirin, a friend of mine, and his wife, Joan Borysenko, have a new book out - Your Soul's Compass. The book explores the issue of spiritual guidance from many different perspectives including those of 15 modern day "sages" as they call them.
In reading this book, I came to the notion that good Realtors are agents of revelation. People, in general, do not like the unknown. It's one of the reasons, I believe, the Internet is so popular - people want knowledge, not only out of curiosity, but also to fulfill their need to be in control.

Antitrust Suit Against Realtors Moves Forward There was big news this week in the government's antitrust case against the National Association of Realtors, but the press missed it. The news is that a federal court in Chicago on Nov. 27 allowed the Department of Justice's antitrust suit against the Realtors to proceed. The DOJ argues that the Realtors' rules illegally limit competition from brokers who use the Internet. The Realtors deny they're breaking any laws.

California real estate prices have been skyrocketing the last few years, but who would have imagined $250K a square foot in the San Ramon Valley. I guess it's a question of how you figure it. I think the current statistic is 19% of real estate sales come from your signs. We, The Harper Team, always use an abundance of directional signs to guide prospects to our open houses.
How many signs do you see like these – way too many in our market. How do you spell marketing or branding?
