Compared to October 2010 active listings were up 8.6% and pending sales were also up 8.4%.
November 2010 active listings were up 64.0% and pending sales were up 1% compared to November 2009. Months of Inventory this year was up 63% when it was only 1.93 in November 2009. At 3.14 we still have low inventory for buyers to chose from.
