San Ramon Neighborhood Community Emergency Response Team Meeting Volunteers for the San Ramon Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) held their first neighborhood meeting to begin the process of developing a plan to coordinate activities in the case of a disaster. The neighborhoods represented were those known as Area 39 which is serviced by Fire Station 39 just off Alcosta Blvd. on Fircrest Lane. This includes roughly the area from Bollinger Canyon Rd. to the north, to just south of Alcosta Blvd., to just west of I-680 and to Dougherty Rd to the East.<!--more-->
