Short Sales & Foreclosures Are Increasing in Blackhawk, Alamo & Other High End Communities Most, if not all, real estate experts, professionals and pundits monitoring the local housing markets in the East Bay are predicting a price correction in the high end of the East Bay housing market. Looking at recent data from the Contra Costa MLS - it appears that the correction is starting to impact high end markets like Blackhawk, Diablo, Alamo and others.
Distress sales are accounting for about 70% of recent transactions in San Ramon.
