Did Starbucks force Peet's Coffee to install free WiFi? I don't know, but when I wrote this post about Peet's back in January of 2007 I was getting pretty frustrated with the lack of free WiFi in Danville and San Ramon, CA. Eventually, I got a Sprint air card.Having Internet access wherever I go is becoming more and more of a necessity. Starbucks announced free WiFi several months ago which is a savvy business decision as more and more business meetings ar taking place at coffee shops - The Third Place. Every once in a while just for grins, I like to challenge my writing creativity. One of the ways I do this is to grab a random image and use it to spark the imagination. Today, I posted this. California real estate prices have been skyrocketing the last few years, but who would have imagined $250K a square foot in the San Ramon Valley. I guess it's a question of how you figure it. I think the current statistic is 19% of real estate sales come from your signs. We, The Harper Team, always use an abundance of directional signs to guide prospects to our open houses.
