I just finished reading another Article that supports evidence of Market Stabilization. 30 fixed mortgage rates dropped to 5.74 past week. According to the article, mortgage applications for Federal Backed mortgages increased over 11 % and FHA mortgage activity increased over 21% A strong indicator in the Market.
