As the news of another firm ceasing to lend crosses my tape, it confirms what our thinking has been for years. What is the thinking, and why are we doing it?
In the first place, our thinking is and has been that commercial mortgage training has been a key component to the arsenal of any mortgage broker out there. Markets are cyclical, and for the preservation of ones income and career you need to be able to address all of them. As a brief introduction to my firm and the business that we are involved in, Commercial Capital Alliance is a commercial mortgage lender and broker in business for over 16 years.
