After the madness leading up to April 30th, I left for a vacation to Italy. This trip was planned a year ago, long before any of us Realtors knew anything about the first time homebuyers program. Our flight to Venice left at 9 p.m. the evening of the 30th, and I was so wound up that I was on my Blackberry negotiating a deal until 5 minutes before take off, when the flight attendant asked that all electronic equipment be turned off. Bummer. It was hard to let go of the insanity. I don't know how the homebuyers program played out … (1 comments)
