At a time when some commercial brokerages are struggling to make deals, the principals of LandQwest Commercial, LLC in Fort Myers have relocated to a new headquarters at 12800 University Plaza. University Plaza is a Class A office building, and the LandQwest offices occupy a space that is just over 5,000 sf. Given the current economic environment, that's an especially ambitious undertaking for an independent brokerage that opened just as the market was contracting.
