What is Driving The Real Estate Market These Days? That's the million dollar question. Ask a dozen Real Estate Agents and you will most likely get a different opinion from each one. The answer we seek is not easily defined.  I posted this Blog back in March 07' when the answer to this question was a bit different.
There are numerous ever changing factors that drive The Real Estate Market and some of those may be any of the following:

Bergen County, NJ Popularity is growing!

Having both grown up in the Pascack Valley area of Bergen County, we understand why.  However for those who don't know, we thought we'd share some of the finer points that make people so anxious to call the Bergen County area "HOME"! 
To start with, Bergen County has the benefit of being a Commuter's Dream for NYC commuters.  Residents can take a Commuter Train like the Pascack Valley Train Line from many areas in Bergen County and for those who are not close enough to a train, NJ Transit Buses run regularly throughout Bergen County.
