Hillsdale New Jersey Home Sales | January 2012' Single Family Homes Sold Report Hillsdale New Jersey saw Nine homes closing in the popular town as we ring in the New Year. The list to sale price differential hovered around the 90% tile mark. This indicates that homes prices are beginning to slide downward sharply. With homes selling at around 90% of their asking price the popularity of this town may be strong but Buyers are waiting for the perfect price for their budget and taking much longer to consider all of the inventory.
