cleaning your <strong>house gutters</strong> is a major <strong>Home Maintenance</strong> issue made most obvious at this time of year.  The House Gutter is designed to move the passage of rain water away from your Home.  Throughout the years that we have been selling homes, one thing that most home inspectors have stressed is that <em><strong>house gutters</strong> must be kept clean.</em>  Easily overlooked by many homeowners, <strong>House Gutters</strong> are somewhat out of site and therefore forgotten.</p> <p>You may not think it's very important but take a look at these photos of Often the growth will start to push up on the shingles of the roof.  Yikes!  This can become a major problem on the outside of your home and can even cause roof leaks.  Like many folks, <strong>Fall</strong> is my favorite time of year but take a look at what happens when those beautiful leaves begin to fall into your <strong>House Gutters</strong>.</p> <p>Once the <strong>Fall Leaves</strong> have made a home in your <strong>House Gutters</strong>, the first good rain storm can clog the passage of the rain away from your home.  Illustrated in this next photo.  The rain is
