The list to sale price differential hovered around the 86% tile mark. This is down considerably from the previous month. This indicates that homes prices are beginning to slide downward sharply. With homes selling at around 86% of their asking price the popularity of this town may be strong but Buyers are waiting for the perfect price for their budget and taking much longer to consider all of the inventory.
