What should we do if we can’t make a showing appointment.
 
Should we blow it off, should we call the showing service to cancel, should we call the agent if it is after hours? 
 
I have clients that get upset when they are sitting across the street in their car reading a book and have their dog in the car with them for the 2 hours waiting for their showing, and guess what, no one showed up.

If you look at my blog yesterday, you would have seen that my business partner, Belinda Spillman, was picking colors to paint our new office. 
Here are the end results of the great job that she has done. We had a number of agents stop by on Wednesday afternoon when we were painting our new office, but yesterday morning they all came to see what we have done.  Now we have a window office that overlooks the pond with baby ducks, rabbits and geese.  I can see that Belinda will have to keep me focused … (21 comments)

My Business Partner, Belinda Spillman, keeps me busy.
Belinda wants a change of view, so we changed offices that so we would have a window overlooking a pond and court yard.  She is so talented when it comes to decorating.  We repainted the office from a bright yellow to a safari green color.


As you can see, she needed get a feel for the color by putting samples on the wall.   We got it all painted in one afternoon.  People stopped by and could not figure it out what she was doing.
