We just sold the home at 5994 S. Ukraine St., Aurora, CO 80016.

We listed this home and got it under contract in 40 short days. This home was previously on the market with another agent for 6 months with no offers.
We were very happy to get our sellers an great offer that was only $5,000 under the asking price.

Nine months later and you’re ready to sell
We are having people call us that had their home on the market last August with other agents. We are happy to work with them and we are doing CMA’s for them and in some cases recommending raising the price compared what they had it on with other agents last year.
The real estate market last year was nothing like it is today. Things are really picking up in Denver and we are seeing the prices move up slightly as well.

We are doing an open house today at a new community we work with. We also have a listing just up the street that is a resale. Luckily I brought flyers for the resale and have handed them out to folks coming in the new build. Wouldn't you know it our people at the resale asked if we could hold their house open too. I only brought 6 open house signs but I am going to rearrange them so I can direct people to both houses. It is perfect weather and there is lots of activity. Wouldn't it be great if … (10 comments)

We are looking out of our office window and watching the geese soaking up the sun and relaxing on the grounds. They look like they don’t have a care in the world.
They are probably resting up before the young ones are born. Should be any time now when the fuzzy young goslings are out causing trouble.
This makes me want to go rest on my back deck and listen to the birds, but there is work to do so that will have to wait for another day.
