Well, I guess it was inevitable and the timing really stinks but our King (president) has spoken what America thinks about the Israeli-Palestinian mess. He didn't stutter once. Only it's not how I feel and I'm an American. So if Israel is listening, I don't think you should go back to the borders as they were in 1967, not unless you want to sign your State's death warrant.

Today I'm on my 2nd day of a 3 day fast and find this subject rather difficult to write about. There is a food that most of us consume that is so bad for us that some countries have outlawed it's use. It's bleached white flour... and most of what's sold in the stores is also "enriched". Enriched? That sounds good doesn't it? Not when you see what they enrich it with.

Do you want to know the simplest way to be totally healthy? It's really simple... I mean really simple. 90% of the time, only eat foods that have one ingredient. That's it.
